Majoituksesta puuttui TV:n kaukosäädin ja TV.tä oli hankala käsin ohjata, koska kanavia ei pystynyt muuttamaan järjestyksessä. Ilmoitimme asiasta heti mökin huoltajalle. Majoituksen aikana ei asiaa korjattu, eikä ProLomat olleet valmiita tulemaan vastaan maksun hyvityksen muodossa. Perustelivat, että ongelma ei estänyt majoitusta.
Lisäksi sängyn ja sohvan alustat olivat imuroimatta.

Tavoitteena viiime talvena viikolla 13 rentouttava urheiluloma Rukalla, oli varattuna erinomainen mökki. Koronan pahus sotki suunnitelmat, mutta ProLoman asiakaspalvelun kanssa yhteisymmärryksessä siirrettiin mökkivarausta vuodella eteenpäin. Hieno ele ja tsemppiä teille tulevaan kauteen. Sitä tulevaa loma kovastikin odotellen.

- The cabins have been cleaned poorly after the last visitors (empty condom package under a bed?).

- Unprofessional customer service, berating and belittling.

- Claimed that 4 of the blankets were left dirty after our visit, even though we paid 80 euros for the cleaning service and the blankets were left in a good state after our visit (we used bedsheets?). They sent us an extra fee to cover cleaning these blankets, even though this should be done as a part of a cleaning service usually.

Heavily recommend not using their services, rude staff that tries to charge you extra for
fake things or things that should be included in the cleaning service. Absolutely rediculous behaviour from this company.
