Really nice people, but sadly, if you are an EU-citizen, you might deal with unforseen problems due to incompetence regarding the data-base system, working with citizens without a Swedish personal-number and informing clients.

I payed the usual fee and got told that the perscription will be send digitally. Usually, having a personal number, you can go to any pharmacy and pick it up. But in my case, I didn't have a personal number and my perscribtion was not in the digital data base (which I got told by the pharmacist later on). No information on which pharmacy to go to was given. No information in form of a call or SMS that I can pick up the medication at that one specific place only. (The pharmacist told me later that the doctor called them, so the doctor herself obviously had the information.)

I tried to call and to come back to the the clinic after their usual lunch break. No one answers the phone, no one opens the door. They were closed. I lost 1 hour just driving around Stockholm, totally stressed out and mad (I payed 400sek and had nothing in my hands), searching for where I can get the medicine before the weekend.
After 2 unsuccessful attempts at different pharmacies, we found the right one by pure luck. And only thanks to some research and a call to the doctor by the nice pharmacist I was able to get the medication before the weekend.

- If you go to this doctor, ask for a paper version of the perscribtion.
- Do not go here on Fridays if you need something crucial for your health and you are not 100% sure that you can get the medicine without any issues.

Really bummed out about not having gotten any information from the doctor. I will go to a different place next time.
